Evidence and validation

Nothing is certified on trust. Every message is checked against the rules for its step, its NDC version's schemas and the rest of its flow; every verdict is kept; and the whole trail downloads as evidence an auditor can follow.

Step by step

Every message checked against the rules for that step

A step is not a checkbox. It carries the requirement, the request, the response, the validator result, the AI review and the reviewer's decision in one view - so the question "why did this pass?" always has an answer that does not depend on who was in the room.

A failed check says exactly what was expected and what was found, and links to the documentation and the developer portal. Where a step involves a re-shop, a servicing call, a seat or an order change notification, the editor understands that message type specifically rather than treating every step as generic XML.

Validation

Four layers of checking

Rule validation

Pass, or what is missing

Each step is validated against the rules defined for it. A failure names the specific expectation that was not met, rather than reporting a generic mismatch.

Schema validation

Per NDC version

Every submission is checked against the XSDs of the step's NDC version - 17.2, 21.3 or 24.x - and schema findings are reported beside the rule findings.

Cross-message validation

The flow, not just the message

Identifiers carried from shopping through to the order, amounts and currency, passenger and segment counts, and order state transitions - enabled per use case.

AI-assisted review

Advisory, never automatic

An AI reviewer reads the messages against the airline's own NDC documentation for that version and returns a verdict and the issues it found. A warning downgrades a passed step to review - it never quietly passes one.

Configured rules

Written, tested, reviewed

The airline writes a check, tests it against a sample message and sends it through review before it goes live, with history and a diff for every change and carrier overlays for airline groups.

Failures become tickets

ServiceDesk, Jira or nucleus

A failing step can raise a ticket, updated on a re-run, closed when the step passes and escalated by tier - so a partner blocked on a carrier-side problem is not blocked silently.

Evidence

A decision your auditor can follow

Every verdict - the validator's, the AI reviewer's and the person's - is kept as a decision record that cannot be edited or deleted, with who decided, the previous decision and the reason.

An evidence package holds the uploaded messages, outcomes, AI verdicts, decision records and audit trail, with a manifest naming every file and its SHA-256. A PDF certification report summarises the application, its NDC version, the levels achieved and every step outcome. Resetting an organisation archives its progress rather than deleting it.

The trail

Kept, not just recorded

The messages, kept

Request and response per step

Every submitted request and response stays attached to its step and opens in an XML viewer, so a decision made months ago can still be re-examined.

Audit trail

Every change, every download

Programme changes, reviews, settings, imports and downloads are all written to a structured audit trail with who, when and what changed.

End-to-end trace

One correlation id

A scenario run carries one correlation id through every step and every executor, so a failure can be followed from the submission to the airline endpoint and back.
