Create the New Role
This is where you will create your new role. As mentioned at the top of the page, ensure you have planned your User Management.

1. Role Name
You will need to provide a role name based on the access you want to give the user.

Read/Write/Publish:
You will need to select the permission authority. The following is the list of options for the Role.

1. Site Admin
This is the Administrator for the whole site. It is the highest level of access.

2. File Admin
- Full Access to File manager , create and delete files and folders

3. Authorizer
- Will be notified when an editor requests a page to be published. And is authorised to review and publish pages.

4. Read/Write/Publish/Access
This provides access to read, write, publish and access all pages.

5. Read/Write/Publish/Scripts
This provides access to read, write, publish and access all pages and scripts.

6. Read/Write/Publish
This provides access to read, write, publish all pages.

7. ReadWriteDraftAdd

8. Read/Write Add Pages

9. Read/Write Content Only

10. DbContentEditorPublish
- Fragment Data Editor and publisher

11. DbContentEditorDraft
- Fragment Data Editor draft only

12. Read Only
- User can only read page content within the CMS / and if used as a page role, from a portal can be used to restrict user viewing pages.

13. CMS User
- Login and access the CMX Editor

14. Site Reader
- Restrict Roles to view Site content

15. No Access
- Block access to a page

3. Application Level
You will need to provide the level of access given.
Once you have provided this information, click on the
Save
button.
