Tab Options

We have provided a tabbed approach to your editor. Each tab will provide you with all you need to build your page. The following provides a summary for each of the tabs.

1. Page Editor

   This is the main area for building your portal pages. We have provided you with this WYSIWYG editor. Here youcan maintain content through the design view for the page.

2. HTML Panel

   This is the HTML editor we have provided for you to write your own HTML to build your portal pages.

3. Page Code Blocks

   This is the section where you add your scripts, style sheets and meta tags.

4. Search Settings

   This is the section where you build your SEO and provide keywords for your search tool functionality.

5. Site Navigation

   This is the section where you build and manage your multiple site navigation.

6. Page History

   This is where you manage your page versioning, in order to provide history for updates.

This toolbar contains a variety of components that you can use to build your pages.

Preview, Draft and Publish

You need to make yourself familiar with the following three buttons. These are used for previewing, saving and publishing your page.

Familiarise yourself with the following three buttons: Preview, Save Draft, and Publish. These are essential for previewing, saving, and publishing your page.

1. Preview

   To preview your page, simply click on the View Icon . This will allow you to see how your content will appear to users before finalising any changes.

2. SAVE DRAFT

   To save a draft of your page, click on the SAVE DRAFT button. This will preserve your work in progress without publishing it, allowing you to continue editing later.

3. PUBLISH

   To publish your previously saved draft, click on the PUBLISH button. This will make your content live and visible to users.
